U3 and U9 are within 1 minute walking distance, 1 station to Kudamm, 2 to the zoo, 2 to Wittenbergplatz (KaDeWe)
The apartment is convenient for one person.
A fast Telekom-VDSL (50MBit/s) connection is at your disposal, either as wireless connection or via cable, whichever you prefer.
The Telekom-VDSL connection includes a comprehensive entertainment package with many TV-channels and hard drive recorder.
Instead of a noisy/buzzing fridge, you will find a completely silent mini-bar. (without compressor)
To save you the trip to the laundromat, we have integrated a washing machine and since the apartment is way too small to dry clothes in, the machine can also dry them for you.
A coffee machine is at your disposal in the apartment. On top of that you will find a Nespresso machine with material for Espresso / Latte Macchiato incl. a small variety of Nespresso capsules.
We also made a fan available for you at the QDAMM, so that you may travel light.
Smoking is not permitted. Please be considerate and abide.
Plenty of parking spaces are available in the neighborhood and free of charge 22-7. The journey is therefore best made by public transportation.
We love animals, but because of the size of the apartment you may not bring them with you. Thank you for your understanding.
